You acknowledge that you have been informed of the purpose, potential benefits, and associated risks of these treatments.

2. Acknowledgment of Risks

You understand that aesthetic treatments may involve certain risks, such as redness, swelling, allergic reactions, breakouts, skin discoloration, or other side effects. By proceeding with your appointment, you accept these risks and acknowledge that results may vary from person to person.

3. Medical Conditions

You confirm that you have provided accurate and complete information about your health, including any allergies, medications, or medical conditions. You acknowledge that failure to disclose this information may increase the risk of adverse effects, and Noor Essence Facial Spa cannot be held responsible for any such outcomes.

4. Release of Liability

Noor Essence Facial Spa, its owner, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of the treatments provided. By booking an appointment, you agree to release the Spa from any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Not Medical Treatment

The services provided by Noor Essence Facial Spa are for aesthetic purposes only and do not constitute medical treatments. If you have concerns about your skin or health, please consult a licensed medical professional prior to booking.

6. Aftercare

You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by Noor Essence Facial Spa to ensure the best possible results and minimize the risk of complications.

7. Photographs (Optional)

Noor Essence Facial Spa may take photographs of treatment results for documentation and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your photographs used, please inform us prior to your treatment.

8. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a fee.
